Stationary concrete plants are generally preferred types of plants in loaded concrete castings and in cases where it is not necessary to change places very often. In general, it is the most appropriate choice to choose a stationary concrete plant in projects where the daily need exceeds 150 m³.Stationary concrete plants are designed to meet high quality, specific and effective production needs for large-scale concrete projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, buildings, ports, dams and other projects. We build our Umman stationary plants to be modular and design some of them to be easily portable. Stationary Concrete Batching Plants

Wide Main Chassis

The service platforms in the main chassis are among the best service platforms on the market. The control cabinet, which provides faster solution to different malfunctions of the operator, is mounted on the chassis.

High Weighing Accuracy

Heavy Main Chassis: Heavy main chassis minimizes the vibrations occurring during normal operation coming from the loading process, belt operation and mixing. Less vibration not only increases the accuracy but also increases the weighing speed which contributes to overall capacity.

Separate Weighing Hoppers: On all UMMAN concrete mixing plants weighing hoppers for cement, water, additives and other materials are separated from the mixer frame and are installed on a separate chassis to minimize vibrations. Installing these directly on the mixer frame transfers the vibrations coming from the mixer to the scales. It affects the weighing process which becomes less accurate and requires more time to finish. Both accuracy and speed are negatively affected.

Multi-Loadcell Design: Cement and water scales are equipped with 2 loadcells to optimize the load distribution and to maximize the accuracy. On the other hand, cardan connections allow free movement and prevent the loadcell and other connection from breakdowns. UMMAN never installs weighing hoppers on mixers.

Double Rope Skip Hoist System(WS)

All UMMAN skip hoist systems are designed with two separated ropes and a flexible connection to the skip. This application increases the lifetime of the ropes, reduces the risks of failures and allows extra safety for working personnel.

Skip Hoist Safety System(WS)

All UMMAN skip hoist systems are equipped with rope tension control mechanisms. The switch triggers an alarm if the rope is not tense enough or one of the ropes fails. This mechanism prevents skip fall and allows safer overall operation.

Independent Aggregate Discharge Gates

Each compartment of the aggregate bin of MB-30WS concrete plant is equipped with two pneumatically controlled discharge gates. This ensures fast aggregate load onto the weighing belt and precise dosing/jogging for maximum accuracy.

Completely Pre-Wired And Tested At The Factory

Almost no cable work is required on site since all the equipment is pre-wired at UMMAN factory to minimize the installation time on site. All the mechanical and electrical parts are tested for any possible faults to ensure the quality and reliability.

The USC 30 model stationary concrete plant is mostly designed to meet low and medium requirements and ensure maximum efficiency and reliability in the production of high-quality concrete. Stationary concrete plants can perfectly shed all types of mass concrete types at different time intervals with high homogeneity.

USC 30 stationary concrete plant has a production capacity of 30 m3/h. The plant feeds the aggregate with buckets and has a mixer with a compressed concrete capacity of 0.5 m3. The number and capacity of the aggregate bunker is produced with a capacity of 3-4 chambers in line with your needs.

USC 60 stationary concrete plant has a production capacity of 60 m3/h. The plant makes aggregate supply with conveyor belt and has a mixer with a capacity of 1 m3 compressed concrete. The eye size and capacity of the aggregate bunker are produced as 4 chamber and 20-30 m3 chamber capacity according to your needs.
